HUBUNGAN MOBILISASI DINI DAN VULVA HYGIENE DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PERINEUM PADA IBU POSTPARTUM

Abstract

Perineal rupture is a perineal wound caused by tissue damage naturally due to the insistence of the fetal head or shoulder during labor. This study aimed to determine the relationship between early mobilization and vulva hygiene toward healing of perineal wounds. It used a Design of quantitative analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The samples were 30 people. The results of the chisquare analysis test shows that there is a relationship between early mobilization and perineal wound healing with p-value = 0.003 α <(0.05) and there is a relationship of vulva hygiene with healing of perineal wounds with p-value = 0.002 α <( 0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and vulva hygiene with healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.
